Buffalo plages

We visited Solé at Woodlawn Beach for the first time and had a good experience overall. Upon arrival, there is a parking attendant who charges $7 for parking. The parking lot was a decent size and well-paved, but quite crowded. There is a yellow building with bathrooms, an event area, gift shop, and the Solé Bar and Grill at the back, where they have live music, cornhole, and seating in the sand for a true beach vibe while enjoying drinks and food. There was plenty of seating, including at the bar, and the staff was very friendly. They also had a small merchandise setup with Buffalo jerseys and clothing, adding to the great atmosphere. The food was a bit pricey and portions were small, but that's to be expected given the beachfront location. To access the beach, you can go around either side of the yellow building, with walk pads and a ramp on one side to help you get there. The beach has a lot of rules, so it's best to read them before visiting. Smoking, vaping, dogs, and alcohol are not allowed, and there are plenty of police around to enforce this. There were some large dead fish on the beach shore, which wasn't the best sight, but overall, it was a fun and cool place to visit if you've never been before. I would recommend checking it out.

The beach is fantastic. They did an excellent job of cleaning up all the debris that accumulated over the weekend. My kids enjoy playing in the sand. The playground area is also nice. It's definitely worth getting a season pass if you live nearby.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai amené mon jeune enfant dans le terrain de jeu de Bay Beach sur Erie Rd, et nous avons passé un moment fantastique! Le terrain de jeu offrait une grande sélection d'aires de jeux et d'activités, et elle était bien entretenue et propre. De plus, il y avait un pavillon à proximité avec des toilettes superbes et bien entretenues. La vue était également assez impressionnante (consultez les photos!). Nous reviendrons certainement dans ce parc à plusieurs reprises! Je le recommande fortement!

We were searching for a beach not too far from Toronto and decided to visit this one based on the numerous excellent reviews. To our surprise, the park was quite nice, featuring decent washroom facilities and a large, FREE parking area, which was a pleasant surprise. However, the beach itself was not very clean. While digging holes with my kids, we uncovered quite a bit of trash and garbage hidden in the sand. The most disappointing aspect was the sharp rocks in the water. Without water shoes, I hurt myself every time I entered the lake, making it one of the most painful experiences I've had. I would not return to this beach because I can't stand rocks in the water and always try to avoid such beaches. If you can overlook the rocks and garbage in the sand, this beach might be perfect for you.

La plage publique est absolument magnifique, avec beaucoup d'espace et une atmosphère confortable qui n'est pas trop encombrée. Gardez à l'esprit que l'eau est un peu rocheuse, c'est donc une bonne idée d'apporter des chaussures. Il y a un grand parking disponible, et avant d'atteindre la plage, il y a un joli parc avec des zones herbeuses. Les environs sont vraiment superbes, faisant de cet endroit un joyau caché.
