Rotana resort beach

We are having a fantastic vacation at this beach. The entertainment is top-notch and the activities are really enjoyable. Yana, the team leader, is exceptional and always makes sure to spend time with all of her guests. The hotel is stunning and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. We are excited for the remainder of our stay here :)

The staff at this beach are fantastic - so friendly and helpful. The place is spotless and the food is top-notch. I honestly can't find a single fault with this hotel. From the bar staff to the management, everyone is amazing. The facilities are fantastic and the snorkelling here is truly exceptional.

I had a great time at this resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome tray of fruits, juice, bread, cheese, and charcuterie since we missed dinner on our first night due to a late check-in. The coral beach was beautiful, and the variety of shows and entertainment throughout the day added to our overall enjoyment. The food was generally good, although some days were better than others. One suggestion for improvement would be to inform guests in advance about the option to purchase excursions and activities. We didn't know about this and ended up booking our excursion online from the UK, only to find out that the prices were better at the hotel and offered more security. It would have been helpful to receive an email after booking, letting us know about the on-site activities available so we could make more informed decisions during our stay.

I'm so happy I chose this hotel. The beach is stunning and spacious, with a breathtaking view of the sea. The animation program is fantastic, with lively and friendly animators.

Positives of the beach include the spacious area, stunning reef with lifeguards on duty, and friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. However, the food was a letdown, with limited options at the grill and desserts lacking in variety. On the bright side, there was unlimited fresh orange juice, a good coffee machine, decent beer and wine, canned soft drinks, and a nice selection of boxed juices. The staff were well-mannered and made an effort to please guests without being overbearing. Special thanks to the beach restaurant manager and team for exceptional management. The hotel felt secure and welcoming.
