Pearl Sands Resort Beach

We recently stayed in Pearl Sands for a whole week. These were some of the best days of our lives! Staff was very attentive to every tourist, kind, generous, helpful and sweet. Special thanks to the amazing chef for his creativity. Every meal is a masterpiece. Every meal is very delicious, superbly presented, made from fresh ingredients, and incredibly beautifully presented. It was our first time in the Maldives, and this hotel left us with an unforgettable experience. We thank every employee, every person working in your hotel for making every day wonderful. May your business, your hotel, and your country prosper!

We did not stay at the resort but had the opportunity to have a good lunch there. It is A very nice place, exterior restaurant under the shades with a view on the private beach and sea. But what stands out here is the staff. We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in. All the staff was so kind and generous, especially towards our kids. Even if we did jot spend a night there, I can attest that the private beach is wonderful, with a little sandbags on the left and nice views on wooden huts on the island across. So for the staff: thank you thank you again. We had a great day coming, you made it even better. Keep up the good work !

My husband and I were in the Maldives for the first time and chose this hotel solely based on photos and positive reviews on the booking, but in reality everything turned out not to be the same as on the Internet. We planned to spend 3 days on paradise island and celebrate my birthday, but when we arrived, we immediately saw that construction was going on everywhere on the island, there were many abandoned buildings, and in some places there were piles of garbage. The hotel has only a very small area: a beach, a restaurant and rooms and that's it, nothing else. There are not enough sun beds for everyone! But the main problem of this hotel is the staff! If you are going to organize some kind of celebration, then choose another hotel! The staff is completely indifferent to your requests and desires. My husband tried to arrange a birthday in advance, they promised him that everything would be done, but nothing was done on the appointed day! The staff just spread their hands and said sorry. It was only after my husband made a scandal for them that they made at least a decoration in our room the next day!! I wish them the same attitude on their birthday! About the food: for breakfast and dinner, you can only choose certain dishes from the menu, and the choice is quite meager. The exception was one dinner on the beach with buffett and music. In general, if you choose a hotel in a heavenly place and with excellent service, then this hotel is not the best choice! You'd better choose something else.

Please do something with the FOOD, almost ruined our vacation with your food, you need a proper chef in the kitchen. To much Indian flavors on cheap meals .... Resort Location is nice Hotel personnel nice and friendly. Good hotel facilities. But among the worst cuisine you can find

Positive: Great little beach outside your front door with loads of coral and fish for snorkeling. The staff are all incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help you. Food is quality with enough options most days even for me who doesn't like seafood! The rooms are nice too with very nice "outside" bathrooms. Boat from Male is just $10 through MA Marine which runs 3x a day. It was my first time but I'd also recommend the scuba diving on the island (organsied through the hotel) he was very professional and we had a great time. All in all would highly recommend and was great value for money. Negative: The bicycles are free of charge but are all completely unusable due to lack of maintenance. Luckily the island is small enough to walk everywhere and they seem more than happy to give you a lift on their buggy whenever needed. I'd also not recommend the "fish factory" experience.. it was really good but not worth the steep price of $100 a head. The hotels jet skis were also broken when we tried to use them but I think we were just unlucky. Something to note is that there is no ATM on the island and while everything through the hotel can be paid in card it's worth bringing some cash with you before you get on the from Male (which is cash only)
