We had a nice day snorkeling at the beach. We rented a small canoe from An Thoi port and set out despite the windy conditions and waves, which caused some moments of panic. However, once we reached the area with small islands and calm, turquoise blue sea, our worries melted away. Gam Gi island was particularly stunning, with floating rocks that attracted many tourists for diving and coral watching. The coral reefs and fish were amazing. We also visited a nearby island with a small restaurant serving fresh seafood at a reasonable price, although it was quite crowded and the staff's attitude was not the best. It's important for tourist areas to focus on staff attitudes and service quality. Despite this, we had a great experience and made beautiful memories of Phu Quoc - the Vietnamese pearl. I highly recommend booking a tour for your own exploration.

Our first stop on the island hopping tour with John's tour was a beach that took about 30 minutes to reach by boat. We had around 30 minutes to snorkel, but unfortunately, there weren't many live corals or fish to see.
