Coconut Island: 1 plage dans la zone

My husband and I stayed at this beach resort for a couple of days during our holiday trip in Thailand, and we were quite disappointed with our experience despite the positive reviews and affordable price. The staff we interacted with were all very friendly, but seemed overwhelmed. We believe this resort may be better suited for families with children rather than couples looking for a romantic getaway. Upon arrival, we were shuttled to the resort by boat along with other guests and staff. Check-in was chaotic, with nearly 30 people waiting in line at the same time. Our room was not ready until almost an hour after the official check-in time. While waiting for our room, we decided to have lunch and relax by the pool. We were surprised by the condition of the resort - most of the lounge chairs were occupied, the restrooms and pool deck were messy, and there were rowdy children in the adult pool. We were also taken aback by the fact that we had to check out towels from different locations around the property, or else we would be charged. Overall, we felt that the resort was overcrowded and poorly managed, leading to inefficiencies that impacted the staff's ability to provide good service. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this resort to others.

Barceló Coconut a été une expérience incroyable et le personnel était fantastique. Mention spéciale à certain(e)s membres du personnel qui ont rendu notre voyage encore meilleur. Joy était très attentionnée et a fourni un soutien constant avec efficacité. Joy mérite d'être félicitée pour son travail. Von a toujours amélioré notre journée et avait le plus beau sourire sur son visage. Minny a fourni le meilleur service à table et était très accueillante. Kyle avait l'humour le plus agréable et nous faisait toujours rire. Non mettait toujours un effort supplémentaire avec nous et répondait à tous nos besoins. Ion et Enric ont aidé avec tous nos besoins à l'hôtel et étaient très gentils et généreux. Tout le reste du personnel était incroyable et a rendu notre voyage exceptionnel. Excellente nourriture, environnement sûr et expérience globalement fantastique. Nous reviendrons !! #stingray43
