Le personnel et le propriétaire Benjamin ont fourni un excellent service ! Lorsque j'ai rencontré des problèmes avec les installations telles que des draps déchirés et des lits sales, Benjamin m'a personnellement contacté, s'est excusé et m'a remboursé intégralement. Il m'a tenu informé des réunions qu'il avait eues avec le personnel et m'a même offert un séjour gratuit dans des installations améliorées. Merci, Benjamin ! J'ai hâte de revenir.

If there was an option for a black star rating on Google, this would definitely deserve it. It was the worst experience ever. The rooms (PH-A) were outdated and overly priced. The staff was lazy and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. The penthouse had issues with the AC and toilet lights not working. The kitchen had a strong odor. There were no TV remotes and the reception had no idea how to get cable TV working. The cleanliness was lacking and there was a lot of wear and tear in the toilet. There was no hot shower and we had to request fans. Unlike other lodges, there were no drinking water bottles provided in the room. The location of the beach was beautiful, thanks to God's blessing, but the management did not care enough to maintain this treasure. The Marisol Restaurant had limited options but was good, although it was overly priced. The only friendly staff member we encountered was Agostinho last night, who made us somewhat comfortable. There was a note in our room stating not to take room towels to the pool/beach, but when we asked the staff for towels, someone in the office refused. Their attitude was pathetic. One thing to note is that Google Maps leads you in the wrong direction from the Katembe bridge. From the roundabout, you should take a left and follow the route to the beach. This hotel will be on your left, but I do not recommend it at all. I saw other guests arguing about the rude staff, poor room conditions, and service quality. I would rate it 2 out of 10.

Magnifique plage, mais les prix des environs ne sont pas destinés au grand public. C'est un quartier luxueux.

Je viens de réaliser que je n'ai pas pris beaucoup de photos de la plage elle-même, mais c'est un endroit fantastique pour se mêler aux habitants et savourer des plats locaux. Il y a des bars de rue où vous pouvez trouver à la fois des bières locales et internationales. L'eau peut ne pas être exceptionnelle, mais dans l'ensemble, c'est un moyen décent de passer un après-midi avec les habitants.
