Twelvemile Beach

Caution! Avoid using the map directions to reach 12 mile beach as it leads to an unsuitable road, located just 4 minutes away from the beach. It is extremely hazardous and we encountered difficulties trying to leave. I recommend heading to 12 mile beach campground instead.

I wish I could have spent more time at this beach. The sounds of the ocean were absolutely incredible.

We arrived at the beach on a Sunday at around noon and were pleasantly surprised to find that it was nearly empty. This beach is perfect for those who enjoy searching for rocks, as there are an abundance of them scattered along the shore. The sand is wonderfully soft and the views are absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this beach for a peaceful and enjoyable family day by the sea.

This beach is a fantastic spot to unwind and admire the vibrant rocks. You can stroll along the shoreline for miles without any hassle. I've never witnessed this place being overcrowded; there's ample room to find your own space. When you arrive, there's a small parking lot available, along with two clean restrooms nearby. Additionally, there are a few picnic tables and grills for enjoyable cookouts. Every time I've visited this beach, it has consistently been well taken care of.

It's hard to put into words how amazing this place is, you really have to experience it for yourself. The beach view is absolutely stunning and will leave you mesmerized. For those of you planning to camp here, let me give you some helpful information. The camp sites operate on a first come first serve basis, so it's best to arrive around 8-10 AM in the morning. You can approach the campers who are about to leave and secure a spot for yourself. The checkout time is 12 Noon and you can stay for as long as you'd like. The hosts at the 13 mile beach camp are incredibly friendly, so don't hesitate to approach them if you have any questions or concerns. This is truly one of the most beautiful places to camp. The beach has crystal clear water and the view is absolutely breathtaking. You're guaranteed to have an unforgettable camping experience here.
