We rented a place in the Anapolis residential complex, and the beach and sea are terrible. It's been five days, and the kids still can't go into the water. There's no storm, but the sea is just murky, dirty, and filled with dead insects and jellyfish. It's a complete letdown. I've never seen a dirtier sea. It seems like Anapa is like this everywhere.

The beach is covered with pebbles and stones, making it uneven and quite dirty, with both garbage and algae present. Near the entrance, a small river cuts through the beach, bringing in cold water and turbidity (I hesitate to comment on the sanitary conditions). The area is largely undeveloped, and the few amenities available are not very appealing and appear worn out. On the plus side, access to the beach is convenient and free from the second half of September. However, during this time, the cafes are closed and there is no food available. The sea itself is not very clean.

To reach the beach, you need to pass through a barrier that costs 300 rubles, or you can choose to walk. On Sunday afternoon, we were not permitted to drive in because the parking lot was full. The beach itself is pebbly, with a few awnings on the right side and awnings from a boarding house on the left. There are diving opportunities available for around 1,000 rubles. Facilities include changing rooms, a toilet, and a shower. The sea is clean, but standing in the water is difficult due to sharp stones. It's best to enter the sea using sandbags and then swim, or sit right at the water's edge. There is also a staircase leading up to what used to be a park, with gazebos and a promenade, but it now appears desolate and abandoned. You can also walk along the shore to reach Sukko Beach.

The beach isn't crowded and has a rocky shore with pebbles in some areas. During the summer, local authorities set up a barrier. In 2021, the entry fee was 300 rubles in July and increased to 500 rubles in August. If you manage to find a spot to park your car by the road, you'll need to walk 500 meters to reach the sea.

We had an amazing experience. I appreciated the fact that there were not many people around. The seabed consists of large stones, but the shallow area is quite a distance away—approximately 20 meters. The beach is well-maintained, and it's quite pleasant to relax on the warm stones. There's also a decent cafe with a swimming pool right at the entrance to the beach.
