Zoetry Montego Bay

I spent New Year's Eve and the first week of 2024 at Zoetry for my honeymoon. The staff at Zoetry truly made our stay special! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly smiles, great hospitality, and refreshing drinks. The food at the restaurants was consistently outstanding. Despite being a small wellness resort with only 49 private rooms, the atmosphere was peaceful and the activities and nightly entertainment made us feel like we were at a much larger all-inclusive resort. Special thanks to the new General Manager, Nadia Brown, for introducing new ideas and social activities.

They are charging $250 per day for a 3-month-old baby to have all-inclusive access, and an additional $250 per day for my 2-year-old. The quality of the wine and food is subpar, making the prices not worth it for adults, let alone children. Despite trying to present themselves as a top-notch resort, they struggle to provide enough clean towels at the pool and have a shortage of staff at the bar.

I thought the negative reviews about this hotel were just from picky people, but I was mistaken. Our stay was terrible and we won't return. Check-in was slow and we felt like we were inconveniencing the hotel at every turn. The restaurant options were limited and the food was just okay. Room service was extremely slow and they brought us the wrong order after a long wait. We couldn't get our complimentary foot massage and there were no weekend activities. Our room only had two pillows and the AC didn't work properly. The pool attendants were unhelpful and the staff seemed more interested in their phones than assisting guests. Overall, our experience was disappointing and we will not be coming back. I recommend choosing a different hotel.

The food options could be improved, especially for seafood lovers. This beach is a perfect spot for adults and families with older children looking for a relaxing getaway. The service was excellent, and Michael's massage was fantastic. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

We spent 3 nights at this beach resort. The staff was fantastic - friendly and very helpful. Our room was nice, although there were some minor cosmetic issues and the hot water took a while to heat up. The food was delicious, with a variety of options and different dinner menus each night. The all-day cafe was a nice added bonus. It was the peaceful and relaxing getaway we were hoping for. However, there were some drawbacks. The resort is close to a busy road, which can be loud at times, and there are airplanes flying overhead every 30 to 40 minutes during the day. Only one restaurant was open for dinner each night, despite the website indicating there were two (not including the pub with tapas). There isn't much to do outside of the pool, beach, and spa, which was fine for us but others might get bored quickly. Additionally, some of the little touches that were promised in our booking were not provided.
