Fantastic boutique hotel, just a short stroll from the heart of Sirmione. The staff were excellent, very efficient, and unobtrusive. The outdoor thermal pool and summer pool were incredible. The small beach is directly on the lake. Overall, a beautiful hotel that we look forward to visiting again soon!

This is the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. The location was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch, including a hot pool, a cool pool, and a fully equipped spa. The massage was fantastic. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. They were always smiling and went above and beyond to meet our requests. An outstanding team of staff and an outstanding hotel. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for our honeymoon in September and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. Everyone spoke English, so communication was smooth. The sun beds and pool area are extremely luxurious. We booked the junior suite with a lake view. The room was spacious and the view was breathtaking. While the hotel truly deserves a 5-star rating, I am giving it 4 stars because of the taxi/driver service they use. The driver, who has a brand new Mercedes S-Class, drove very dangerously—speeding and using his phone while driving. This service took us back to the airport and unfortunately marred our trip. I brought this issue to the hotel manager's attention, and they responded immediately, assuring me it would be addressed. Thank you for that.

The hotel is situated in an incredibly stunning location. The name Ocelle, meaning "Pearl," is perfectly suited for this establishment. The views from the top floor were breathtaking. Gerardo, the breakfast manager, was an absolute pleasure. He was considerate, attentive, and extremely hospitable. You couldn't ask for anything better. Melania, the morning server, was also a great joy and eager to assist.

This hotel is AMAZING! The staff are kind, helpful, and professional. When we mentioned at check-in that we were on our honeymoon, they went above and beyond to personalize our stay. The room was one of the best we've ever stayed in, beautifully designed with great attention to detail. Breakfast was fantastic, as were the lunch menu and poolside service. The pool, beach, and spa facilities were also top-notch. The location is perfect, with an easy walk to the city center. We used the hotel's transfer service to and from the train station, which we highly recommend. Overall, our stay was incredible, and we already want to return. We recommend this hotel 1000%.
