This hotel is definitely not deserving of a 5-star rating. The service and conditions are extremely poor for a complex of this caliber. The waiters in the main bar near the restaurant are clearly incapable of handling more than one table. Even when they see that your glass is empty, they simply walk away and ignore you for 30-40 minutes. I had a disagreement with one of them and tried to speak to the manager, but there was no one available. The rooms are relatively clean, but we encountered ants in the bathroom multiple times. Additionally, the furniture is quite old. The sunbeds are dirty and broken, and despite paying for your stay, there is no fence to prevent non-hotel guests from using them for free. I have much more to say, but I cannot recommend this hotel as a 5-star establishment. The service is not worth the money, likely due to the laziness of the Greek staff.

I recently stayed at the hotel for a three-day event, and it's a bit challenging to assess since it was during the off-season. However, I found the rooms to be cozy, the buffet to be satisfactory, and the service to be outstanding. I would definitely be interested in visiting during the peak season. Additionally, the proximity to Mount Olympus was a major advantage, and the town itself had a charming and pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I had a really enjoyable time.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. The view is very nice, and there are excellent parks and pathways for relaxing walks. There is plenty of parking available, which seems to be enough for all the guests. The private beach is huge and never gets crowded. The food is very good, with a variety of delicious options and plenty of fresh fruit. Breakfast and dinner are included, and there are also two additional restaurants where guests can have lunch à la carte. The pools are clean and never too crowded. We did have an issue with the air conditioning, but the staff responded appropriately. I was able to charge my electric vehicle for free using a wall socket. We were so happy with our stay that we decided to extend it by two more nights. This place is excellent for families with children, as there is a playground and even a daycare with entertainment.

The hotel in the charming village is situated right on the beach, offering a stunning view of mount Olympus. The staff is delightful and the food is excellent. The indoor hydro pool is absolutely fantastic, and the entertainment is surprisingly enjoyable, especially considering it is off season. We enjoyed our stay so much that we had no desire or necessity to venture outside of the hotel. However, if you do wish to explore the area, renting a car is essential and quite affordable, although most places only accept credit cards. Nonetheless, we were able to drive to some delightful destinations. We will definitely return to this place in the future.

I absolutely adore it. My wife and I often visit this beach for its pool. The entrance fee is only 5€, which is quite reasonable. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and the pool itself is truly fantastic. The waiter is incredibly polite, and the prices for food and drinks are quite reasonable. I must say, the coffee they serve is simply the best. They also play a great selection of beautiful music, which adds to the overall ambiance. I'm already counting down the days until I can go back again.
