The rooms are nicely updated, and the location is great. The pool area and spa are lovely, but unfortunately, the service from many staff members leaves much to be desired.

If you're seeking a romantic and relaxing getaway as a couple, this place is like heaven! Our stay was amazing, with the staff providing top-notch service. I highly recommend opting for the half-board option at 45 euros per person per night. Each evening, we enjoyed a divine 3-course meal! The room service was impeccable, truly befitting a 4-star hotel. The spa is the best on the island! If you book a premium room, junior suite, or suite, the spa access is included in the room price. I highly recommend spending 3 days at the spa; 2 days felt too short, and 4 days might be too much. Enjoy couples massages, an interior heated pool, an exterior pool, a sauna, and a hammam. Don't forget to book a separate time slot for the jacuzzi. If you're in one of the aforementioned rooms, you'll get free champagne. 😉

Falls Short of Radisson Standards We stayed at the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Ajaccio Bay for 3 nights, concluding our 3-week holiday in Corsica. While this hotel has great potential, it fails to meet the Radisson brand standards and offers inconsistent service. In several parts of the hotel, we encountered staff who were either unfriendly or appeared indifferent to the customer experience.

I recently had a family lunch at the Radisson Blu restaurant ‘U Punente’. The service was very good, matching the hotel's "4 stars" rating, and the food was excellent. The view from the restaurant’s terrace is outstanding. However, one area for improvement is the reservation process, which currently goes through the hotel reception. They seem to be overwhelmed, as I was put on hold twice for 10 minutes without an answer, which is not ideal when calling from an international phone. In my opinion, they should establish a direct line to the restaurant.

Stunning view, but the staff is unfriendly, the rooms are very basic, and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The rooms are also noisy, and the cleaning service goes out of their way to slam the doors every morning at 9am. While the hotel is in a great location, it is vastly overpriced. I barely got any sleep due to the bed and noise, and the amenities are subpar. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel and opting for one that offers better value for money. The only positive aspect is the seaview.
