Yankalilla plages

This beach was absolutely buzzing when we arrived. Unfortunately, it was so crowded that we didn't get to spend much time in the water. There were plenty of car parks at the beach and nearby on-street parking. This beach seems to be very popular for 4WD enthusiasts to set up camp, and it looks like there were some 4WD dunes a bit further down the beach for some off-road fun. There is also a cafe near the jetty where I tried to get an ice cream, but I lost out since so many people wanted one too. However, the nearby cafes had delicious food, though you would also have to wait in line. Overall, a top-notch experience!

This beach is one of the top spots to catch a breathtaking sunset.

Stunning, pristine beach, but the toilet block is difficult to locate. One sign indicated that dogs could be off-leash outside of daylight savings time, but they must be leashed within 100 meters of a toilet block. However, the toilet block was nowhere to be found.

Impossible d'accéder à la plage car elle est bouclée et désignée comme terrain privé juste à l'emplacement du parking. Assez décourageant après un joli voyage vers celui-ci. J'aurais dû consulter au préalable les avis supplémentaires sur cette plateforme. Mon erreur!

While it may not be the most beautiful beach, the photos of the 'rock foreshore' are surprisingly intriguing 🤗. The journey along Sampson Road, however, offers a more scenic experience than the beach itself 🚗😉.
