South Mobile Island: 2 plages dans la zone

Fantastic campsite on a small island near the mainland. We took the Scamper to get there (also rented gear from them) and stayed for two nights. Despite the unfortunate weather, we had a great time. There are several excellent walking trails and lookout points that are worth exploring even if you're not camping. The camp sites are well-maintained, featuring picnic tables with a great sunset view and clean toilets. The beach is mostly coral and very shallow at low tide, making walking a bit challenging.

Without a doubt, the best way to experience the Sunday Islands. It's just as stunning as the larger ones but with far fewer people. We stayed for three nights in July 2022 and only encountered six other people the entire time.

Ce camping est un endroit incroyable où s'installer. Nous avons campé ici pendant 3 jours et 2 nuits et nous nous sommes beaucoup amusés ! Vous pouvez accéder à tous les sentiers de randonnée de South Molle et faire une randonnée jusqu'à Mid Molle à marée basse. Les toilettes sont propres et du papier toilette est fourni, il y a aussi des bancs de pique-nique couverts. Vous pouvez voir Daydream et Conway d'un côté du terrain de camping et l'île Whitsunday ainsi que l'ancien complexe de South Molle de l'autre côté. Nous étions super à l'aise dans notre tente de glamping que nous avons louée auprès de Bell Tents Whitsundays. Je reviendrais sans aucun doute ici !
