The "Cliff" is an unparalleled destination with the outstanding Santa Barbara hotel, providing a cozy and immaculate atmosphere. The restaurant by the sea is exceptional, and the staff is truly wonderful. Our vacation in September 2021 was truly memorable.

After reading reviews, we decided to stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed. The hotel is excellent, with clean and tidy rooms and a spacious bathroom. We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. I highly recommend it! Of course, there are some drawbacks, such as the parking situation. It costs 1000₽ for 5 days, but you have to walk to it. However, this is not a major issue as many hotels along this coast have the same arrangement. Additionally, our beach has large stones, so it's advisable to bring shoes for protection. But if you don't have any, there's another beach across the way with smaller stones, which is perfectly fine to walk on.

We have visited this beach multiple times and have truly fallen in love with both the place and the hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel are exceptional, and the communication is on par with what we experienced in Europe (before the pandemic when we used to travel abroad frequently). The service is outstanding, and the people are incredibly friendly. We would like to give a special shout-out to the receptionist for their exceptional assistance. The water is pristine, and the beach itself is stunning. We are also grateful to the spa for their excellent services. We thoroughly enjoyed dining at the restaurant overlooking the sea, and the café offered delicious cuisine. We want to express our gratitude for the wonderful summer days we spent at your beach. We fondly remember them during the winter in gloomy St. Petersburg.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel's location is stunning, and we received a warm welcome from the attentive staff. The room was comfortable and cozy, and they regularly cleaned it and provided fresh bed linens and towels. However, I was disappointed with the food options as the set meals were not up to par and were quite expensive at 400 rubles. Additionally, the lack of infrastructure, transportation, shops, and entertainment was a downside. It cost us 300 rubles for a local taxi to take us to the highway, which only took about 10 minutes. In contrast, a taxi from Yalta charged us 700 rubles to reach the hotel.
