We took a lovely, leisurely stroll on the beach with my wife and our dog on a Friday evening, enjoying the sun setting over the calm waters. It was hard to believe we were only 45 minutes away from home in Scotland. This beach is a significant improvement from the one in the main town of Ayr, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. Don't forget to grab some delicious fish and chips on your way out, they were fantastic.
The beach has excellent facilities including toilets, parking, cafes, and a soft play area. The promenade walk is great and there are plenty of bins available.
This beach is clean and spacious with plenty of parking available. It offers a stunning view of Arran and you can walk for miles along the shore. The sea is perfect for swimming, especially on a hot day like today. There is also an ice cream shop and toilets conveniently located nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable day at the beach.
I visited Scotland several times last year and I really enjoyed it. The people were incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited Prestwick Airport and a few other places, and also spent some time at Prestwick Beach where I took some photos that I'd like to share with others.
This beach is peaceful and not too crowded, with a clean shoreline covered in shells and stones. It's wide and long, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Just watch out for jellyfish and sharp driftwood that wash up on the beach.
